From 13–15 November 2026, we’ll once again host our major conference, EAGxBerlin, at Urania Berlin:
Join 500+ like-minded people at EAGxBerlin 2026 – a three-day conference for people from Europe, especially Central Europe, who are already somewhat familiar with Effective Altruism and want to dive deeper.

EAGxBerlin welcomes both newcomers to Effective Altruism and those already professionally engaged in the community. The conference will cover a wide range of cause areas and is especially valuable for

EA Germany Retreat August 2023
EA Germany Retreat
About once a year, we at EA Germany organise a community retreat for roughly 45 participants.
- Date and location: If you’d like to be informed about the next retreat, subscribe to our newsletter.
- Who is it for? For people who are interested in Effective Altruism, have participated in an Intro Program, or have been involved with EA for a short or long time and would like to exchange ideas with like-minded people.
- Programme: Lectures, workshops and plenty of time for discussion and socialising.
- Language: primarily English
