Niels Doehring
Director
Niels (he/him) joined in 2026 and is taking over from Sarah, leading EADs strategy and direction. He previously worked as neuroscience researcher and organized EAGxBerlin 2025. Off the clock you’ll find him out hiking or fussing over an ever-expanding windowsill of exotic houseplants.
Christiane Ranke
Operations Associate
Chrissi (they/them) holds EAD together on the operational side and supports local groups and grantees. Chrissi is also the data protection officer for the association. In addition to this role, Christiane enjoys sewing and coaching and spends a lot of time in the bouldering hall.
